We suggest a button- down shirt with khakis or nice jeans for guys and for women something dressy. Nothing too fancy 😊 For Joe’s family feel free to wear traditional clothing if you want 😊

For those that are invited to the ceremony there will be signage that will direct you to parking for the ceremony and where to go for the ceremony itself.

There is a public parking lot across from the reception venue that is not too far.

As much as we would love everyone to attend our wedding ceremony, the venue has limited space. However there will be plenty of space at the reception for everyone to celebrate our special day.

Due to limited space at the ceremony venue, we can only accommodate those who are invited to the ceremony. However the reception venue has plenty of space to accommodate everyone so feel free to bring your plus one to the reception.

We will provide beer and wine for our guests. There will also be a cash bar for guests who would like something a little different.

Due to the restricted seating of the ceremony venue we can only accommodate children of immediate family and the bridal party. However, there is plenty of seating at the reception for your little ones.

There are 2 hotels near the venue however they require a 2 night stay minimum. There are rooms block booked at Surestay hotel just in case anyone wants to stay 2 nights. See hotel section for details. There are more hotels in Willmar which is only a 15 minute drive from the venue.
