We ask that you arrive between 2:45-3:10 pm at Vanderwende Acres. If you are taking the shuttles from the hotels, please board the buses at 2:30pm. There will only be one trip to the venue & that bus will leave between 2:45pm-2:50pm!!!!!

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, so we politely request the little ones stay home. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Please arrive in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Khakis? Sure! Jeans? Please don't :)

A shuttle is available to take you to and from the wedding. It will be picking up/ dropping off guests at both hotels listed in the Hotel tab. Please be ready to board to shuttle at 2:30pm, it will leave between 2:45pm-2:50pm. These shuttles will only do one drop off to the venue. If you miss it for any reason, there is free parking at the venue which is located about 10 minutes away from the hotels. Please arrive at the venue between 2:45-3:10 pm. During the night, the shuttle will also make trips back to the hotels at 8pm & again at 9:45.

If the weather permits, we will have the ceremony outdoors, while the reception & cocktail hour will utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces. Please note, late October nights can be chilly, so you may want to bring a light jacket for the evening since the reception will be outside under a pavilion!

We have reserved blocks at the Hampton Inn & Comfort Suites in Seaford. They are a 5-minute drive away from each other & 10 minutes away from our venue!
