WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY

We ask that you RSVP by January 15th 2025 at the latest with either a yes or no response.

PACKING

When packing for the trip don't forget some swimwear if you fancy a swim in the pool and runners if you fancy some cycling, golf or football!

Given that it will be hot in July, the dress code for our wedding is Summer Formal!

It is also recommended that block heels be worn by the ladies as Borgo has a lot of stone, cobbled and grass areas.

HAIR AND MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

Ladies (and perhaps men!!), if you would like your hair done by a professional hairdresser or make-up applied by a make-up artist on the morning of the wedding please let us know. Shellac nail services are also available. Here are the prices below and it is a good idea to bring a photo of what style you would like. Please note payment is required in cash to the hair/makeup/nail artist, and there is no ATM on site.

However they do specify that they need a minimum number of appointments booked in order to arrange this service. Let us know if you are interested and we will add you to the booking list - you can do this on your RSVP or message/email us at a later date.

IRONING STATION

There will be an ironing station set up in the Bar area on the morning of the wedding for anyone who wants to use it.

PAYMENTS

There are no ATMs at/near the Borgo. As the venue is quiet secluded we do recommend all guests to bring enough cash. You can however charge any extras to your room and settle the bill by cash or card when checking out.

ALCOHOL & THE BAR

There is a fully serviced bar that accepts cash and card for any extra drinks you may want, as well as the option to charge to the room and pay at the conclusion of they stay.

CIGARETTES

For any smokers, cigarettes are not available at the bar or restaurant. We suggest bringing them with you or stocking up at the airport duty free.

A NOTE ON GIFTS

We appreciate the time, cost and distances it will take to join us at our wedding - your presence is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a wishing well will be available on the day.
