Our Wedding

We first met at North Haven Crossfit the winter of 2016, where Jeff was a long time member and Sheena had just started renting space to begin her massage therapy practice. Mutual friends encouraged us to start talking and on Cinco De Mayo of 2017, we went out on a "friends" date.Shortly after Jeff asked Sheena out to dinner where we spent hours talking and enjoying ourselves in Downtown New Haven. June 22nd 2017, we made it official after another beautiful dinner on the water (Sheena's favorite) at Shell and Bones, in New Haven. A year later, we found ourselves blending our families together and from then on we started to make countless family memories going on vacations, trips to amusement parks, seasonal activities, and even long road trips to Florida.On November 25, 2023, (yes 6 years later) Jeff surprised Sheena on a typical early afternoon Saturday walk with our dog, Beau, by proposing in Branford, Connecticut. Jeff planned a photographer to capture the moment where he got down on one knee and asked Sheena to marry him. Obviously, surprised Sheena said Yes!We are excited to continue our journey together with our family and looking forward to creating more memories!
