On March 30, 2017, we met at the spring Junk Gypsy Prom in Warrenton. Blake told me he worked in West Texas on a drilling rig for 14 days at a time and that he was leaving for work that Wednesday. I figured I better see if I even liked him, so we went on our first date at Texas Roadhouse in College Station on April 3. The next day he was going to be going to work, but he asked if he could drive to Waco and take me on a date before he left. We have been inseperable ever since!

On October 5, 2017 at the fall Junk Gypsy Prom, at the exact same spot we met, Blake got down on one knee & proposed to me. Our engagement couldn't have been more perfect!

April 28 is special for us because that is the day Blake told me he loved me!
