Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Whichever is the most convenient for you. You can scan the QR code in our wedding invitation or you can send your RSVP through mail.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please send RSVP by September 5, 2024.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Ceremony starts promptly at 12:00 noon - Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Address is 1 Schenley Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 1521 Reception starts at 2:00 PM - 100 W Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 Ceremony and reception venues are wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking available near your wedding venues?

Yes, for the ceremony at Phipps valet is already paid for - just follow the valet signs and let them know you are with the Clarks.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire only please.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.

What is the weather like in the area?

The weather in Pittsburgh in September is pleasantly warm, humid but cool, with average highs of 80°F (26°C) and lows of 56°F (13°C).

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Of course, this is a family event and all children are welcome.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrees. Lobster & Shrimp stuffed Salmon, Petite Filet Mignon 6oz., Chicken Milano

Will there be an open bar?

We are having a hosted consumption bar for the duration of the event. Water, coffee, and tea are free.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

We ask that everyone arrive at 12:00 pm to be seated.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

No official end time at The Grand Concourse, and there will be no after party.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

No, after the ceremony you can head directly to The Grand Concourse while the Bridal party has their pictures taken at Phipps. There will be food and drink starting at 2pm at The Grand Concourse.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

At our ceremony we ask that you keep your phones silent and put away. At our reception phones are permissible.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Of course, we have no issues with social media posts about our wedding.
