We first met in the late 2000s at our local watering hole, the Red Dog Saloon in Milford, where Adam was working at the time. What started as casual conversations over drinks turned into a genuine friendship that only grew stronger over the years.

In the mid-2010s, Adam was offered the opportunity to follow his passion and career as a chef in Las Vegas. Sheila, always up for an adventure, started visiting regularly. Each trip to Vegas was filled with good food, new experiences, and a growing connection.

When Adam moved back to Michigan to be closer to family and loved ones, that’s when our story really took off. We started exploring the world together—traveling to new places, catching live music and sports, diving into history, and even finding ourselves in the happiest places on earth: Disney and Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

In March of 2024, we took a trip back to Las Vegas. Adam proposed, and of course, Sheila said yes! We celebrated with an incredible meal at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, making the day even more unforgettable.

After knowing each other for over 15 years, we couldn’t be more excited to start this new chapter. We’re looking forward to a lifetime of camping, traveling, enjoying concerts, and cheering at sporting events—always side by side. In our everyday lives, we love building Lego sets together, creating little masterpieces while sharing laughs.

We can’t wait to celebrate our love with our closest family and friends.
