What is an AfterGlow?
It is a celebration after the ceremony and reception.
Will children be allowed to attend the AfterGlow?
Absolutely
What is expected at the AfterGlow?
Adult beverages, non-adult beverages, Karaoke, dancing, meeting new people
Will beverages be provided at the AfterGlow?
Adult beverages and non adult beverages will be provided at no charge, but you are welcomed to bring your favorite beverage.
Will food be provided at the AfterGlow?
A light meal will be provided at the afterglow… just kidding, yes food will be provided, burgers and such, desserts and such, non adult beverages of course will also be served and you are definitely welcome to BYOB if you so choose. Plenty for everyone attending this AfterGlow.
Where is the AfterGlow being held?
At Sheila’s brother's Barndominium (Ed's). Signs and directions will be posted so you’ll be able to find the location easily.
What is the expected attire for the Wedding and Reception and the AfterGlow?
The attire for the ceremony and reception is Semi Business attire, however, as long as you are there, you’re welcomed to come dressed comfy. The AfterGlow will be more relaxed, you may come dressed down in especially comfy clothing. If you are able, we ask everyone to have on a pair of boots for the service. We will be in the country and we want to keep it a country atmosphere, hence the boots.
Can you bring your own food if you have a specific diet?
Absolutely! We will provide plenty of food.
What is up with the photo on the main page?
In all honesty, we have an AI app that we’ve used to create that photo. It’s simply for fun and laughter. And no we don’t look like that in real life, lol.
Will there be a rehearsal prior to the Ceremony?
Yes, it will be the night before so we can fine tune the fun. It’s primarily for those participating in the ceremony.
What time will the doors open?
The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm. The doors will open for everyone and anyone at 1:00 pm. You may sit wherever you choose to sit. The front rows will be designated for families of the bride and groom. Photos and videos will be allowed. Music will begin at 1:00 pm as people find their places. At roughly 2 minutes before the ceremony starts, the doors will shut, then at 2:00 pm, the doors will open again as we begin the ceremony.
