If you've never heard the story of how we first met in person, then you are in for a treat. We met online, as one does during COVID-19. Our first date I, Shelby, showed up to the house and rang the doorbell. Orion, who was living in downtown Albany at the time, ran down the stairs, threw open the door, and let out a huge sigh. "I thought you were the police!" he said.Apparently no one rings doorbells in Downtown Albany.He then asked me upstairs to see his plants and cat. We spent the rest of the night watching Jeopardy, 6 feet apart, while drinking tea.We've been together ever since!
