This is another (pricier) option that is just a few minutes from The Chateau, however it's important to note that they are going through major renovations, so be advised that the on site beach access and restaurant will be closed.

Please note that short term rentals are a lot more limited in the Incline Village area, so if this is the route you are wishing to take, we highly recommend booking something very early on and potentially in one of the neighboring towns. Incline Village really tries to cater toward their residents, so be sure that if you get a short term rental, it is a legitimate option.
