Even though we attended the same college at the same time, we didn't approach or even acknowledge each other even though we knew the same people. Fast forward, and we lived in the same apartment building...at the same time. Still, no connection was made.

Fast forward many years later and Shelby moved to North Platte. Almost a year later, we finally made the connection we never made before. We were the missing puzzle pieces that each other needed. The rest is history.
