once upon a time on a wing night wednesday at a dive bar, shelby and zach met. little did they know, they had an invisible thread tugging at them their entire lives.


many of their friends and family had known and loved one another throughout the bride and grooms lives. until they met, they had no idea how deep the connections went.


zach and shelby became friends after their wing night chance encounter in 2015. they continued to stay in each others lives until the night they decided to call it what it was; love.


they started dating january of 2019. they bought their first home in a suburb of syracuse in the early winter of 2020. they drove roundtrip to indiana in the height of covid to bring home their beloved dog moses.


for the next five years, they traveled around the world, around the states, and enjoyed living their lives together.


one october friday night after a long shift at the hospital, shelby arrived home and was greeted by zach and moses in the front yard of their home. moses was wearing his fall scarf with a new accessory on it. zach bent down on one knee and asked shelby to spend the rest of her life with him. she couldnt say no to either of them.


they continued to live their lives in the city suburbs until november of 2024 when they decided to move closer to their roots. it was here they added another beloved four-legged member to their family, zeke.


and so the story continues; shelby and zach are looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together, and having you there to share and celebrate in their next special milestone.
