Our venue is about 25 minutes from the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU). Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT) is a 2 hour drive from the venue.

The RSVP deadline is November 14th, 2024. Please make sure to send in your RSVP on or before that date.

Yes! We will have a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue before the wedding. Shuttle service will pick up guests after the wedding to return to the hotel. Ubers may go out to the venue during the day, but we are told at night they will not. Guests will have no issue getting an uber from the hotel to where they are staying.

Formal attire is less formal than black tie, so a tux or suit is not required. However, they can still be worn if preferred! We will be in a winter wonderland! All kinds of medium/dark blues and silvers are encouraged (not required by any means). Wedding party will be in light blue. Women, think floor length/ cocktail dresses. The bride also loves a great jumpsuit moment! All, think elegant and comfortable. We are hoping for warm weather, but may be good to bring a light jacket or shawl just in case.

The ceremony is scheduled to be outside with an indoor reception.
