Touristy area with a focus on Hispanic culture: many restaurants, shops, and souvenirs.
The Bahia Belle
A nightly ferry at the Bahia hotel which circles mission bay for appx an hour.
La Jolla Cove
Seals and beautiful ocean sights, Bobboi is a great nearby gelato place, located close to the Cave Store, which takes you down into a cave in the cliffs of the cove.
Saturday: Little Italy Farmers Market
8a-2pm
Several streets of fresh food stands, crafts and food trucks.
San Diego Zoo
Very large zoo, (bring your walking shoes and sunscreen!) with many different animals to see. The entire zoo would take about a half day to go through, and there is also a tram that you can take to view the zoo that way if you do not wish to walk the zoo.
