Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The wedding ceremony and reception are at the same location! The ceremony and reception will take place in various indoor/outside areas, with most activities occurring outdoors. It will also cool down once the sun goes down so be sure to plan accordingly.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
Semi-Formal.
We expect most of the gals will be wearing sundresses and most of the guys to be in dress pants with a nice button up shirt. If you feel more comfortable in something a little fancier that's awesome too! Feel free to put some country style into your attire or wear your favorite cowboy/cowgirl boots!
Can I bring my kids?
We adore your little ones, and we understand how important they are to you. However, due to limited venue space, we regretfully cannot accommodate all children at our wedding. If your child’s name is not explicitly listed on the RSVP, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for their care during the event. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, and we look forward to celebrating with you on our special day!
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited venue space, invitations are limited to specified guests only. As much as we would love for everyone to be able to bring a plus one, our invitations are limited to the guests specified. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you have an additional name/spot on your invite then you can bring a plus one.
We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue location located on your left as you enter the venue. There is room for about 100 people to park their vehicles. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing Uber/Lyft or carpooling with an individual(s) who will be sober at the end of the night. Our venue is located in the city and will have plenty of ride share options available as you arrive and leave. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes. Make sure to bring your IDs because the bartenders will be checking. Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safety.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL
No. Outside alcohol is NOT allowed or permitted in the area.
There is a large fine if any outside alcohol is found. There will be an open bar. Please party accordingly.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Yes! Please review our "travel" page this will include hotels nearby, room blocks, and any hotels that are offering discounts for our wedding guests. You are free to stay where you wish if you choose to stay near Littleton or if you prefer to drive home that night. We want you to have a great and stress free evening!
Can I take pictures?
The only request that we make is to please put your phones away during the ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say “I do". However, we encourage you to take plenty of photos throughout the rest of the evening. We would love to see all of them through our photo share site that will be available at the wedding. A photo booth will also be present!
