The ceremony will begin at 3:00, followed by cocktail hour at 4:00. The reception and dinner will start at 5:00, with dancing kicking off at 6:00. We’ll wrap up the evening with a send-off and after-party at 11:00. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Our ceremony will be outdoors, surrounded by the stunning mountain views. However, we do have a tent as a backup just in case of any unexpected weather, so rain or shine, we’re ready to celebrate!

Mountain Formal Attire: Dress to feel comfortable while still looking polished enough to celebrate the occasion—think elevated, but with the beauty of the outdoors in mind.

Bring layers! Wyoming weather can be unpredictable! And don’t forget the bug spray; those mosquitoes can be a bit vicious.

Parking is available throughout the K Bar Z Ranch premises, and we will have signage posted to guide you. We kindly ask that spaces closer to the venue be reserved for disabled and elderly guests to ensure their convenience and accessibility.

The area offers a variety of accommodations, including hotels and cabin rentals. Cody, Wyoming, located about an hour away from the K Bar Z Guest Ranch, provides numerous options for hotels and vacation rentals. However, Cooke City, Montana, is thirty minutes closer to the wedding location and also features a selection of charming hotels and cabins, making it a convenient and picturesque choice for lodging.

Yes! We have limited dry camping space available right on the K Bar Z premises. Additionally, there are many beautiful campgrounds nearby where you can set up for the weekend.

Guests can choose to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Billings Logan International Airport, or Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody. The drive from Bozeman to the K Bar Z Guest Ranch takes about three hours and offers stunning views of Montana’s wide-open landscapes and the rugged beauty of the Absaroka Mountains. From Billings, the drive is about two hours and includes breathtaking scenery along the renowned Beartooth Highway, known as one of America’s most scenic drives. Cody is just an hour away and offers a convenient and picturesque route via the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway.

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless they are someone we know. Children are absolutely welcome, but please remember they will be under your supervision.

As much as we love furry friends, this celebration is a pet-free event. Please leave your beloved animals at home.

Yes, we’ll have kegs available to enjoy! Once the kegs run dry, it’s BYOB—feel free to bring your favorite drinks to keep the celebration going!
