If you are flying in, we recommend SMF (Sacramento). It is the nicest, closest airport, only a 30 minute drive to Vacaville. However, it is a smaller airport, so there may not be many/any direct flights. If you strongly prefer a direct flight, Oakland airport is the next best option, but the drive is about 1.5 hours to Vacaville.
There is no public transportation between any airport and Vacaville. Rideshare or rental car are the only options. Available shuttles are overpriced. We recommend renting a car/van with a group.
Hyatt House Vacaville
There are other more affordable hotels in Vacaville, but this one is in a quiet area, very close to the house, and slightly closer to the airport.
To book with the group rate, you can either:
1) Visit Hyatt.com and enter the code G-SHLB in the corporate or group code section. This will bring up the group rate, and you can then proceed with booking.
2) Call 1-800-233-1234 and mention Shelby & Cody's Wedding block to speak with an agent who can assist you with your reservation.
Please note that all reservations must be made by the cutoff date of MARCH 12, 2025, in order to receive the group rate.
