We met our junior year of high school in 2014 at a tech school. We were both in the same culinary class and our first interaction was me telling Josh that he was sitting in my seat and I told him to move! Throughout that class, Josh and I were partnered with different people until one day we were asked to partner up and make a big batch of cookies together. It was in that short moment of us laughing about miss counting the eggs that I knew he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Shortly after that day, we would begin to spend more time together outside of class and that would lead to the night we had our first kiss. That same night when Josh left to go home, I would accidentally be the first to say “I love you” as he was pulling out of my driveway. Josh did not say it back in that moment and I ran inside horrified haha. Later that night he would call me and tell me that he loved me too. That was the beginning of our beautiful relationship. The past nine years, we have grown as individual and grown stronger together. Our love has deepened for each other and we cannot wait to see where this new married life takes us.
