If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to Shelby or Jacob!
What If I Don’t RSVP On Time?
If you don’t RSVP on time you will be marked as “not attending”. We will be sending our final headcount’s to our vendors after this deadline.
Can I Bring A Date?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within venue capacity, we can only accomodate those listed on your specific invitation. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding!
Are Kids Welcome?
While we love your kiddos, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
What Time Should I Arrive?
Our ceremony will be starting at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins. Please add an additional 10 minutes to your travel time as it will take time to get to the Estate, through the gate, and get to the venue.
How Do I Get On The Estate For The Wedding?
When you pull up to the gate you will show the security officer your invitation and they will direct you to the venue.
Will There Be Parking?
There is free parking at the venue for our guests.
What's The Dress Code?
The dress code is formal, black-tie optional. That means suits or tuxedos for the guys, and dresses, gowns or jumpsuits for the ladies! For the ladies we kindly ask you avoid wearing any shades of white. We want to see the people we love all dressed up with us!
Can I Rideshare To The Venue?
Uber and Lyft are available to drop off and pickup on Biltmore Estate property. We will have an open bar, so please plan accordingly, as you will not be able to leave your car at the venue overnight.
Can I Take Pictures?
During the ceremony we ask that it be “unplugged”, meaning no photos taken on phones or other personal devices. We will have a photographer and a videographer present that we have paid for capturing the ceremony. During the reception we encourage you to capture the memories!
Can I Share Pictures Of Your Big Day On Social Media?
We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until Shelby or Jacob has had the chance to do so first.
