This venue is located on a ranch and the entrance does not have a physical address. You can google or enter in your maps "Desert Foothills Events". The entrance is off Scottsdale Rd. and Jomax. There is a yellow coyote at the turn, then follow the dirt road to the welcome arch way.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that you please arrive 20-30 minutes early so you can get your vehicle to valet, grab a drink and your seat. Should you arrive late, you will not be seated until after the ceremony has concluded.

Yes! This venue provides complimentary valet parking. You will pull up to the welcome arch way and they will take it from there.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Desert Foothills Events. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be in the barn.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity and our contract with the venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult only occasion. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Guests are welcome to wear semi-formal attire. Black and semi-formal western wear is encouraged so grab your cowboy hat and boots! Reminder when choosing footwear this venue is entirely gravel . Please dress to impress while remaining comfortable.

The bridesmaids will be wearing the wedding color Copper while groomsmen are wearing black. Also it should go without saying, but please also avoid wearing colors such as white, off-white, cream, light tan and beige.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the moments and promise to share photos once we received them. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

Please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as you know you are unable to make it. An accurate headcount is required by the venue and our vendors so they can prepare accordingly.
