In 2021, Shelby moved to Palestine to begin a new chapter in her life. On her very first day at work, she met Kristian—a kind, sweet, redheaded boy who was the very first person to speak to her. From that moment on, something extraordinary began to grow between them.

Exactly one year later, on October 25, 2022, Kristian asked Shelby to be his girlfriend. She said yes, and from that day forward, they’ve been by each other’s side through every adventure life has brought their way.

Over the past three years, they’ve created a beautiful collection of memories: sailing away on their first cruise to the Bahamas, escaping to the cozy cabins of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and strolling beneath twinkling Christmas lights in Grand Prairie—Shelby’s very favorite holiday tradition.

What started as a chance meeting has blossomed into a story of love, laughter, and a future filled with endless possibilities.
