Brian and Shelby met through mutual friends and had their first date the day before the world shut down from Covid. Ideal right? But it didn't matter to them, they remained inseparable.

Shelby and Brian bonded over their love of concerts, traveling and hosting their friends! And on July 7, 2020 Shelby asked Brian to be her boyfriend.

In 2021, they took their first trip to the Ozarks together with friends. And this became one of many trips together. From Kansas City, to Orlando to Phoenix.

Later that year Brian and Shelby hosted their first Halloween together. And there began the annual tradition of hosting "Smalloween".

In December 2022, Shelby and Brian took a trip to Phoenix. One morning they decided to walk through "Hole in the Rock." While they were looking around, Brian proposed - it couldn't have been more perfect. After the wedding, they will be going to Phoenix for a short trip back to where it all began!
