If you have a +1 or if the name of your guest is on the invitation you received, then of course! Otherwise we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family and ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

As much as we love your little ones - we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family and our wedding party. Please only bring your little ones if their name is stated on the formal invitation. We thought you'd appreciate a night off and encourage you to let your hair down!

Our ceremony is due to begin at 2pm, we reccomend arriving at the venue at least 15 minutes before, should you arrive earlier there is a public bar within the hotel that should be available for you to purchase drinks and sit!

Dress to impress - We want you both look and feel your best! We ask that you stick to formal attire and do not wear white or Forest/Hunter green.

We understand that you may want to capture and remember the ceremony - as do we! We do however feel that the people that we have hired to capture our ceremony in photo and video are amazing at what they do, so we kindly ask that your phone remains away for the ceremony - after that we encourage you to snap away to your hearts content! We do also ask that you do not post any photos online until after the wedding.

Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for, and your presece is a present in itself! However for those who have expressed an interest in celebrating with a gift, a contribution towards starting our life together or our honeymoon would be gratefully accepted

We kindly request that you RSVP by January 10th 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss your presence and would appreciate you letting us know at the earliest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by January 10th 2025 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accomodate your presence as we have to send our final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline

If you are staying overnight at our venue the check in time is 3:00pm and you should ensure you are checked out of the venue by 10:30am the following day. A select amount of rooms get an early check in of 1pm at a charge of £25 per room, and a late checkout may be requested, this is also for a charge of £50 per room for this.
