Q + A

Can I bring my kids?

We kindly request a child-free wedding to ensure an intimate and enjoyable evening for all our guests. However, we completely understand that some may be traveling with children or unable to secure a babysitter. To accommodate this, we will be providing professional childcare on-site at the venue for the duration of the wedding. Please let us know in advance if you will be utilizing this service so we can make the necessary arrangements. Thank you for understanding!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Our wedding will have an open bar! Drinks will include beer, wine, and liquor options; don't forget to tip your bartenders!

What will the weather be like?

The weather in North Alabama in April tends to average in the seventies with low to moderate humidity.

Is any part of the wedding being held outside?

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, so no need to worry about the weather! However, the venue does have a spacious covered patio where guests can mingle, enjoy a drink, or even catch a game of cornhole. We hope you take advantage of the space and make yourself at home!

What should I wear?

We're keeping it casual—no dress code required! But we do invite you to bring your best dancing shoes, because we can't wait to hit the dance floor with you. Get ready to celebrate, groove, and make unforgettable memories together!

Where should I stay?

Under the "Travel" section of this website you'll find our recommendations for great hotels in the area; tell the hotel staff that you're a part of the McCaulley wedding celebration to book in the room block!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos (and silence all cell phones) during the ceremony, as we have professional photographers capturing those special moments. However, feel free to snap photos and videos during the reception—we’d love for you to capture all the fun! Don’t forget to take advantage of the photo booth, too!

I'm an out-of-town guest, do you have any recommendations for restaurants in the area?

There are so many great places to eat in the Huntsville area! If you're looking for a date-night vibe, we love Jack Brown's and J. Alexander. If you're bringing the kiddos, we recommend Sam and Greggs and Moe's BBQ. If you're looking for a great brunch, we love First Watch and Edgars.
