Due to community events occurring the same weekend, many local hotels have been blocked off. This means , that the only hotels available for room blocks are the Wind Creek Casino (close to the venue but very few rooms available) and the Courtyard Marriott (6 miles from the venue). There are just a few rooms blocked at the casino. To reserve, call 877-726-3777 and request the Turner/Carothers wedding room block. We strongly recommend booking your accommodations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE whether that is with one of the hotels or at a local Airbnb.

Because of community events occurring this weekend, there is an increased population in Bethlehem. Please be sure to be at the venue (The Sun Inn) at 4:30pm.

Due to other community events occurring this weekend, it is strongly recommended that guests Uber to the ceremony. Additionally, if you are planning on consuming alcohol at the wedding, please do not drive yourself. As there will be no shuttles provided, we will cover the cost of your Uber home. Uber vouchers will be provided at the wedding venue. If you do choose to drive, we recommend North Street Parking Garage for all guest parking.
