Josh and Shelby met on their first day of college through mutual friends, they became fast friends that eventually turned into something more!

They became inseparable the 2 years living in San Marcos while in school.

After those 2 years, they had to live separate while Josh finished school and Shelby headed out to Wichita Falls to start nursing school!

Then 2020 hit, and due to isolation they were able to spend a few months together before Josh started PT school.

They love looking at christmas lights, skiing/ snowboarding, spoiling their pups, hanging out with loved ones, and traveling when they can!

While living apart they always found time to talk everyday and come together on days off!

Finally in 2022 they thought the long distance would end with Shelby graduating, however they ended up another year apart due to a job opportunity/ clinicals.

FUN FACT: growing up they only lived 7 miles apart but never met until they moved 4.5 hours away!

One of their favorite places to visit over the years has been Colorado, where they have built a lot of great memories and plan to continue in the future.

FINALLY after almost 5 years together, Josh and Shelby could end the long distance and get a place of their own, as Josh graduated PT school!

FINALLY after 6 years of being together they got engaged! They can't wait to get married in Italy with close friends and family!!!
