Children

Whilst we love all our family and friends children, we request that no children attend any of the planned events on the 19th, 21st and 22nd.

They are more than welcome to join us at the dinner at Alila on the 20th.

If you would like to bring your children on your holiday, please let us know and we are happy to assist in sourcing suitable babysitters or carers as needed.

Currency Exchange

On arrival at Denpasar Airport, it is recommended to exchange money prior to leaving. Taxis and local drivers in Bali do not accept credit cards, so it is cash all the way.

I would suggest asking the cashier for some smaller notes as again Taxis and local drivers don't always have a lot of change.

If you are exchanging money outside of the airport, it is best to use an exchanger who is 'no commission' and always count the $$$. Don't let them touch the money again once you have counted it.

Basic exchange rate is IDR100,000 is approx. $10

Arrange own transfers to East Bali - Candidasa

There are many ways to do this

1. Contact a local driver if you know one from previous stays in Bali. If you don't know a local driver, we are more than happy to assist with the contacts we have.

We can arrange anything from cars to buses if there is a group travelling together.

2. If you are arriving in Bali before the wedding where you are staying can arrange a private driver

3. Arrange through Alilia Manggis - however that is more expensive option approx. $90 one way

Transfers from Denpasar (Bali) Airport to your hotel in Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu etc.

Depending on where you are staying there are a few different options

1. Your hotel can arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport and transfer

2. Contact a local driver if you know one from previous stays in Bali. If you don't know a local driver, we are more than happy to assist with the contacts we have.

We can arrange anything from cars to buses if there is a group travelling together.

3. You can get a taxi from the Airport to your hotel, however try to avoid that were possible and look for other alternatives that you can arrange in advance.

Power Adapters - Bali

You will need to purchase a power adapter for Bali to use electrical appliances such as phone chargers etc.

You can purchase these at any luggage shops, on-line, Bunnings etc.
