Transportation will be provided via shuttle for those who choose to stay in the Southpoint area the buses will NOW LEAVE AT 2:45 PM. (note: for those staying at the Hyatt the bus will not be right outside the door and you’ll need to be walk a little from the front doors, it will be a black bus and will say Triangle Corporate Coach). The bus will also provide pickup at the venue back to hotels when the reception ends at 10. Additionally, there is a large parking lot at the venue if you choose to drive/share rides. Ubers/Lyfts should be readily available to/from the venue, and you're welcome to leave your car overnight as long as you come to pick it up the next day.

The ceremony will begin at 4 so we recommend arriving by at least 3:45 to grab a seat, but you're welcome as early as 3:30! Those taking the shuttle from hotels in Southpoint will likely arrive around 3:45.

The dress code is semi-formal (dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, dress shirts and pants, and ties optional). But ultimately, wear something that you feel good in! The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors. Heaters will be set up outside if the weather is predicted to be cold.

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome, and kid-friendly meals are available just let us know in your RSVP.

You won't leave hungry! We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour following the reception, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. Our caterers can accommodate for food preferences/sensitivities/allergies, so just let us know in your RSVP.

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor - as well as non-alcoholic options as well.

The wedding will end around 10 PM. The shuttles back to the hotels will leave around that time.
