When is the deadline to RSVP? How do I RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 31, 2025. We will sadly assume that you are not attending if we haven't heard from you by then. You may scan the QR Code on the back of your invitation or refer to the "RSVP" page on this site to complete.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. All black or black and white attire ONLY. No "splashes" of color in any form allowed. Guests who do not adhere will not be permitted to the wedding ceremony or reception.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We are both sticklers for time! Please arrive between 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:59 pm (yes, 4:59 pm).
May I bring a date/plus one?
No. We are only able to accommodate the person(s) formally listed on your invitation. If they are unable to attend, kindly decline their RSVP. Please do NOT bring a person of your choice in their place.
Are children allowed?
No. Although we love the kiddos, this is an adult only affair. We hope you understand.
Am I allowed to use my phone during the ceremony?
No. We are planning an "unplugged" ceremony. This is a private and sacred moment we are sharing with each of you before God. We kindly ask that no one "goes live", records, or takes photos. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture every moment. Phones will be allowed for use during the reception.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
No. Please refer to your invitation or the "Home" page on this site for the name and address of both locations.
Is the ceremony/reception site wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Both locations.
Will there be parking at the ceremony/reception site?
Yes. Each location has ample parking.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions/allergies?
Yes. There will be food stations with several cuisines to choose from.
Are there other events to attend during the wedding weekend?
Yes. Some things will be strictly for the wedding party, others will be open to all guests. Please refer to the "Weekend Activities Itinerary" page on this site for more details.
Will there be a party after the wedding?
Yes. Please refer to the "Weekend Activities Itinerary" page on this site for more details.
Will there be transportation for any activities?
No. This service will be provided to the wedding party only on wedding day.
Are there rooms blocked at a nearby hotel(s)?
Yes. We have blocked rooms at 4 hotels (3 in the city, 1 near the airport). Each 10-20 minutes away from the ceremony/reception venues. Please refer to the "Accommodations" page on this site for a list and booking information.
