There's no doubt in my mind that it was a magical miracle that brought us together. I hadn't planned on going to our 30th year Kenwood reunion on 10/16/2010, but my friend Linda insisted that I go. I was a few years out of a very painful divorce, and focusing on getting my life together. So not really in the mood to be social and share about my life etc. But I had a feeling in my heart that I should indeed go. As I sat there alone, pretty much ready to leave, Tom walked across the room toward me. We had both had parts in our high school musical "Bye Bye Birdie", but I didn't really know him back then, and we had different friends that we hung around with. So to be honest, I was wondering, who the cutest guy in the room, (with all that beautiful hair) was? Lol! And he was walking toward me...
I'll take over where Sherri left off...
The novel "Lust for Life" (an account of the life of Vincent Van Gogh) by Irving Stone, plays an important part in our story...
