We saw each other on JSwipe... and both swiped right. For our first date we went to dinner and enjoyed our date so much we continued on to an escape room. 


Now this escape room could have gone much differently.....we started handcuffed to a bench in the dark. We worked so well together to break out of the escape room that the game master thought we had been dating for quite a while.


Over the course of the next few months, we had an amazing time together. Once COVID arrived, we quickly decided to quarantine together. This allowed us the time to grow closer as a couple and built the foundation for our lasting relationship.


After 2 years and a few months of dating, Adam popped the question to Sheryl!! He created a puzzle for Sheryl to solve over the course of multiple days. All leading to the grand proposal. Sheryl said YES, of course!!


On our engagement day, we successfully completed our first escape room during a whirlwind of a day!
