We want to make sure everyone is comfortable! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. This will be an indoor and outdoor venue, please keep the weather in mind- it’ll be warm!

Ceremony will begin at 4PM, we ask guests to be in their seats by 3:45. The on-site parking only has 44 spots so please carpool if you can!

The reception and cocktail area has an elevator for our guests. However, the ceremony will be in a grassy part a small walk from the main building. Any guest who may need assistance getting to the ceremony, please contact Sheyna or John directly.

Bear Mill Estates is also an Inn. For our traveling guests that would like a room, please message Sheyna or John directly for arrangements. We have limited availability so it will be a first come first serve basis.
