Friday night mehndi:

Women & Men: go with something more indowestern. We typically wear colors like dark purple, pinks, orange, blue, and greens.

Saturday wedding:

Women: lehenga or indo western. Most people wear light colors like pink, baby blues, light greens, pastels.

Men: Kurta (same colors)

Please do not wear red, as the bride wears red in our culture.

Saturday reception:

Women: lehenga (more sparkly and heavy looking) --this usually is darker colors like blacks, navy blue, purples etc.
