***DFW Airport Pick Up Instructions***

"Upon arrival at the DFW Airport, please claim your checked luggage and then call the Hotel for a pick-up Four Points, please dial 469.702.6311. The Front Desk agent will need to be notified of your gate and terminal, the caller’s name, call back number and the number of travelers needing to be picked up. Please proceed downstairs to the courtesy vehicle pick up area. Our vans are clearly marked with the Four Points & Element logos – white van with green and blue writing. Please understand that our vans are unable to idle and wait for guests so to avoid delays – it is imperative that travelers claim their luggage before calling the Hotel for pick up.
