We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

We are not providing any transportation for the wedding, but our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location. There is ample free parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

The dress code for our wedding is dressy casual. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. Ladies should lean towards a tea-length, knee-length, midi dress, or even a classy pantsuit and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please refrain from wearing jeans.

The weather in Virginia during this year can be unpredictable. It could be hot, cold, or it could even be snowing. However, the average weather is sunny with temperatures in the mid 60s. We recommend checking the weather a week in advance to have a better idea.

The ceremony and cocktail hours will be taking place outside and the reception will take place inside. However, the ceremony will be moved indoors in the event of rain.

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will take pictures and spend a moment to themselves. Guests can head straight to the patio where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit kids to those in our family, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Please review the travel tab to see our recommended hotels to stay at. Generally, any hotels in Winchester, VA or Front Royal, VA will be your better options. Additionally, there are great AirBnbs in the area to stay at.

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. What does that mean? It means that we are asking all guests to refrain from taking any pictures during the ceremony and big moments. We want all of our guests to be present in the moment rather than worried about capturing the best shot. We have hired a wedding photographer to be there to capture the entire day and we will be sharing the pictures when we get them back.
