The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We ask all guest to arrive no later than 4:30 PM and please be in your seats by 4:45pm

The ceremony will be held in Birdsong Chapel, which is an open-air chapel & is covered. The reception will be held indoors in Carriage Hall.

The dress code is Semi-formal attire. For gentlemen this includes suit jackets, blazers, or sport coats and dress pants. For ladies, this includes midi to full length dresses.

The ladies will be wearing black full-length dresses & the men will be wearing black tuxes.

There is parking on site with easy access to the venue.

Yes! Drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you, get ready to celebrate!

Due to the venue's capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

We will have a shuttle bus to accommodate those who choose not to drive to and from the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:00pm. Please meet in the lobby of the Hampton Inn Hotel at 2:50pm. The shuttle will make 2 trips to and from the venue if necessary. The shuttle will be making trips back to Hampton Inn, after the wedding is over, starting at 9:45pm
