Lauren and I met through a mutual friend at a house party (her house) in college. We immediately clicked when we drunkly decided it would be the best idea for her to cut my hair. 
Besides the hundreds of party stories we have. Her and I have spent a lot of our friendship figuring out adulthood. She's my shoulder to cry on, thrifting, farmers market, never let me down best friend. She can read me in any scenario, before I have figured out my own thoughts. 
She has been my roommate, sister, hairstylist, therapist, and now I am delighted to say, my Maid of Honor.

 I was always reminded that I need to set a good example for my younger siblings. Truth be told, I always looked up to Madi for the example. I always knew she would get married before me, have kids, do the things adults are suppose to do before me. I want to make her proud as she's been with me every step of the way for my wedding.

My favorite memory of us is when we bonded while getting drunk with moms convention associates. My older sister was a later addition to the family, but better late than never. The laughs we shared while hiking, the amount of golf balls lost on the course and the side eyes when we hear someone say something outrageous. My wedding day is with all the people I love most, I couldn't imagine it without her. 

Sidney Markham-Herkelman

No one quiet gets you like your coworker you survived a job with. Our relationship is the definition of soulmates are not always lovers. The moment we became friends, it was like she was always there. Life updates, inside jokes, voices of reason, time always flies and never feels like enough. She's my Soul sister, and best friend. Ava goes by many names but I am so delighted to now be introducing her as my bridesmaid.

When they say opposites attract, they for sure meant Grace and I. Out of all the kids in 4th grade, she picked the new girl with a bull cut and glasses to be her best friend. Where she found trouble, I always had a coverup story. And the amount of people we snuck into the pool after hours... sorry Michelle. 
It feels like yesterday we were climbing the willow tree and having tea parties. But just because the drive to see each other has changed, doesn't mean her standing with me at the alter has. 

Grace Denner

4th grade Mrs. Fliris's class, she also picked the bull cut with glasses to be her bestie. Yes, Grace, Addi, and I have been the 3 best friends for a long time. Don't let her fool you, she worked at the same pool and snuck in with us. She has seen me at my best and still loved me at my worst. There was never a wedding day in my mind without her there with me.
