The venue is The Royal Ottawa Golf Course, 1405 Chem. d'Aylmer, Gatineau, QC J9H 7L2. It is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp located at the front of the venue. You will be greeted with a welcome sign directing you to the ceremony upon your arrival.

It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. There is minimal parking available at the venue therefore Uber or taxi is encouraged.

The attire for the night is formal or black tie optional. For men, a dark suit with a shirt and tie, if a you do not wish to wear a tuxedo. Women should wear a floor length gown, knee length cocktail dress, a pantsuit or dressy separates.

We'd like to give all of our guests the opportunity to relax and let their hair down away from little eyes and little ears. For that reason our reception is adults-only. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be providing two drink vouchers to each guest and wine throughout dinner. Following this we will switch to a regular bar service. Cash and card will be accepted.

The most important thing is that you are here with us today! A contribution is not needed or expected. However, if you wanted to help us on our way and contribute to our honeymoon fund, that would be so very appreciated! A card box will be available at our venue.

The ceremony starts at 3 pm therefore we would like for you to arrive for 2-2:30 pm. * update once confirmed

The bar will close at 11:30pm and the DJ is set to end at 12pm! We encourage everyone to continue and dance the night away with us as we will be having a sparkler send off at 11:45 pm.

We will have cocktail hour from 3:30 to 5 pm

We wish to have an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony. Please switch off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us.
