We’re excited to offer three different hotel blocks with discounted nightly rates exclusively for our guests! These hotels are conveniently located in the vibrant Domain area in North Austin, about 30 minutes from downtown. The Domain offers a lively atmosphere with plenty of walkable shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options.

The hotel block rates are available at the Westin from Monday, June 16th through Tuesday, June 24th, at the Element hotels starting Wednesday, June 18th, and at the Aloft from Thursday, June 19th through Saturday, June 21st. You can book any day within these date ranges to receive the special rates. There’s no need to check in on the first day; you can check in on any day within the specified dates. If you’d like to extend your stay beyond these dates, regular nightly rates will apply. Details on rates and booking instructions are provided below. Be sure to make your booking by the deadline date for each hotel, as listed below.

Feel free to book any hotel that suits you best! Please note, however, that the pickup/dropoff location for the shuttle to and from the venue will be at the Westin at the domain. All three hotels are within a short walk or drive of each other, but if you choose to stay elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange transportation to the pick-up location to use our wedding shuttle.
