Visit the place where it all started! We met on an Alternative Breaks trip, organized through ISU while we were both Juniors. The campus is a registered arboretum, and is a beautiful place to have a nice fall walk!

Uptown Normal is a shopping and dining district located right by the campus of Illinois State University! It features several of our favorite restaurants such as 'The Rock', 'Coffee House', 'Pizza Paya' and more. There are plenty of local shops, as well as an old time movie theatre, a new Acai bowl place, and more!

Kyle's favorite restaurant in town, and it's just down the road from the hotel! Features a menu of Nashville Hot Chicken items as well as a variety of Smash Burgers.

Enjoy ice cream and shakes both dairy and vegan! This was where Sierra and Kyle went on their second date!

A local Mexican restaurant that is a favorite among ISU students!

If you want to enjoy an activity closer to the hotel, Pheasant Lanes Family Fun Center is right down the road from the hotel. They offer bowling, an arcade, sand volleyball courts, and mini-golf, as well as an in house bar and restaurant!

This is one of our favorite parks to talk walks and have picnics! It is just down the road from the hotel!
