Please RSVP here on our wedding website or simply reach out to Cord or Sierra by May 1st, 2025. This will allow us to secure park passes, food, and event reservations.

We are thankful to be able to cover all of our friend’s and families’ overnight accommodations, ground transportation, and park passes. Guests will be responsible for airfare and dining expenses.

Rain or shine, the ceremony will be held on Saturday September 6th, 2025 at 4 pm at Avalanche Amphitheater in Glacier National Park.

Guests are asked to wear dressy casual attire with comfortable shoes. You may also visit the dress code tab for references.

Majority of meals will be served family style at the cabin or packed as lunches. Guests will be responsible for snacks and refreshments purchased inside of the park and dining expenses at restaurants and breweries. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to Cord or Sierra by May 1st or fill out the questionnaire when you RSVP.

Think summer camp! Events may include but are not limited to hiking, site-seeing, horseback riding, swimming, dining, and breweries. We will confirm events with guests and provide a loose itinerary prior to the trip.

In September, the average high temperature in Glacier National Park is 69°F and the average low is 40°F. Because of this, we would recommend packing layers to add-on or shed as needed. After we confirm our itinerary, we will send out a detailed packing list to all guests prior to the wedding.

We understand that everyone may not be able to stay for the duration of the trip, and that is okay! If you need to arrive late or leave early, we ask that you arrange transportation to and/or from the airport as we will have other activities scheduled throughout the trip that will require us to utilize the provided transportation.
