The wedding will be located at Everline Resort and Spa Lake Tahoe at 400 Squaw Creek Rd, Olympic Valley, CA 96146. The link to the room block has been added to the Travel section of this website.
For travelers flying in, the closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), and the hotel is nearly an hour drive from the airport. I personally will be getting a rental car, but rideshare options like Lyft or Uber are generally available from the airport.
WHEN DO I RSVP?
We ask that everyone RSVP by Friday, May 1st, 2026. If anyone does not RSVP or reach out by then we will have to take you off of our list of those attending. We will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP.

ARE PLUS ONES ALLOWED?
Yes! Please include the name of your plus one when completing your RSVP, and if you planned on bringing more than one guest please reach out via text to 623-680-2808 and we can see if we can accommodate them.
IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?
No, we do not have a registry. We are hoping for cash gifts as we are saving for our honeymoon. We have added a Honeymoon Fund to the registry section of the website.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
Yes! The wedding ceremony will take place on the golf course, and cocktail hour and the reception will take place on a tented pavilion. In case of inclement weather, the events may be moved indoors. Please note the average high and low temperatures in Olympic Valley in June are mid 70s during the day to low 40s at night.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Our ceremony starts at 4pm, so we ask that everyone be in and seated by 3:30 to ensure nothing is missed and everyone has a seat!
Please be no later than 3:45.
WHERE DO I PARK?
The hotel that the wedding will take place at has the following options available:

CAN I BRING A DATE?
The invitations we send out will have the names of those we are inviting, but for those of our guests whose families will not be in attendance, we will have an option in their invites for a plus one when they RSVP.
WILL MY CHILDREN BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND?
Absolutely! We will have activity buckets so your little ones don't get too bored with our festivities! Please take care to watch your children, and we look forward to seeing everyone.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our dress code is semi-formal to formal. We would love to see everyone dress up, but we understand that comfort may take priority, so please wear whatever you would like to celebrate with us!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE WEDDING?
Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony". This means no phones or devices! We will have hired professionals taking photos during the entire ceremony and would like to avoid any phones or devices in the background of our photos. You may take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! That being said please plan accordingly to make sure you make it back to your home or accommodations (hotel, vacation rental, etc.) safely. Also, the bartenders will not be allowed to pour shots, per the liquor laws in California.
