First of all, thank you so much for traveling to Bratislava because of us & our special day!
If you need any help with the flight tickets/hotels/things to see in Bratislava, but also in Vienna, Budapest or Prague (which are all amazingly close to Bratislava) let me (Simona) know.
WhatsApp: +34 644 958 938
I prefer thousand times to have some extra tasks to do, than to see you struggle with timings & pricings!
However, I will not be answering the phone on 21st & 22nd ;)
The easiest way to get to Bratislava from most of the other European airports is flying to Vienna.
There are direct buses from Vienna Airport to Bratislava centre (approximately 45 minutes) here:
https://global.flixbus.com/
https://regiojet.com/
https://www.slovaklines.sk/en/
One way ticket costs approximately 5-10 EUR.
Depending on the location of your hotel, you can get off at the Most SNP/Central bus station/Central railway station.
Most SNP is the closest one to the centre.
You can buy the tickets online in advance or directly at the airport bus stop.
You can also book a boat trip from Vienna harbour to Bratislava harbour (1 hour 15 minutes) here: https://ticket.twincityliner.com/en
One way ticket is approximately 30 EUR.
On the picture below, the circled part is the historical centre of Bratislava - if you are wondering where to look for a hotel.
There are some nice parts outside this circle as well. :)
Once you get to Bratislava, please let us know, hopefully we will have some time to go for a beer! :)
