"They are not said to be husband and wife, who merely sit together. They alone are called husband and wife, who have one soul in two bodies." – Siri Guru Granth Sahib Ji
From the very first moment we met, it felt as though we had known each other for a lifetime. The conversation flowed so effortlessly as two old friends picking up right where they left off. By the end of our first evening together, we both knew—neither of us wanted the night to end. As we stood there, trying to be casual, we both blurted out at the same time, “So, when are we getting together next?” We laughed, both pretending to be composed, but inside, we were both already counting the days until our next date. We were so different in so many ways, yet somehow, everything just clicked. Distance never felt like an obstacle, not when our hearts had already found a home within one another. In every message, every phone call, it felt as though we were always right there together. With each passing day, it became clear that this wasn’t just a spark, it was the start of something we couldn’t imagine living without.
