Rohan and Simran have known each other since school and have been inseparable since! They started as school desk neighbors and between complaining about tuitions, and Rohan heroically attempting to teach Simran trigonometry, two fools fell in love and promised, ‘We’ll grow old together.’

Before life pulled them in different directions, Rohan and Simran built a lifetime of memories in Mumbai— from chasing the best vada pav stalls to late-night Bollywood gossip sessions. Mumbai wasn’t just home; it was where their love story grew, one plate of spicy sev puri at a time.

In 2019, Rohan moved to the US, leaving Simran in India to tackle life’s chaos solo! Between time zone struggles and endless video calls, they stayed connected—and more in sync than ever.

Together, they experienced life’s simple joys: From marveling at their first snowfall to attempting (and mostly failing) to ski gracefully, they discovered life’s joys are always better when together!

After years of juggling long-distance calls, airport goodbyes, and too many timezone mix-ups, Rohan & Simran finally got engaged in February 2023!

Soon after, in true DDLJ fashion, Simran packed her bags and left for the US—no dramatic train scenes, just a one-way ticket and a heart full of excitement to start their next adventure together.

From singing out loud at a Liverpool match to rocking prom – these two brought their A-game last year, proving that dancing awkwardly is always better with the right partner by your side.

Now, they are super excited to take the next step in their journey together—and even more thrilled to share it with all of you. Get ready for laughs, memories, and maybe a few awkward dance moves.
