This resort is perfectly located between both our Sangeet and Wedding venues, making it an easy trip to both!

It is also right next to Old Town Scottsdale, which is packed full with restaurants, cafes, shops & more! The resort provides a free shuttle to and from the area, as well.

We highly encourage you use this block as we have negotiated a special rate for wedding guests — $199/night. This includes a waived resort fee (which = free parking!), waived gratuity fees, free breakfast on Friday morning (4/18), access to all amenities & more!

What else?

While it feels cozy, this Spanish-style retreat spans over 40 acres! You have access to tennis & pickleball courts, fire pit lounge areas, excellent restaurants on property and free golf cart rides to your room 24/7. Best of all, the friendly staff — which really won us over — makes you feel like a VIP throughout your stay.

Can I get something besides a standard room?

If you are interested, you can book a Casita or Villa directly with the hotel. These would not be part of our wedding block, but we have been told they would be offered at a discounted rate. If you would like a Casita or Villa, we suggest inquiring with the hotel via email and explaining that you are part of our wedding party.

Important Note: There are a limited number of rooms in the block and we expect them to fill fast, so book as soon as you can!

I love it! How do I book?

1. Send an email to: Groups@scottsdaleplaza.com with the subject line: Singh - Chagar Wedding Rooms

2. In the body of the email, include the following information:

- Full name of primary guest

-Mobile phone number

-Number of guests in your room

-Full names of additional guests

-Check-in date

-Check-out date

-Room type: "Run of House"

3. Confirmation: A member of the Group Reservations Team will check the availability of rooms within the room block and respond with availability.

4. Credit Card Authorization: After confirming availability, a secure online payment link will be sent, along with a request to complete the credit card authorization form. A processing fee of two percent (2%) of the payment amount will be assessed on all credit card transactions.

Please note: Rooms are not guaranteed until the credit card authorization is completed.

5. A couple days before you arrive, please request an early check-in with the hotel. While it's not guaranteed, the hotel has told us they try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible!
