What is your wedding day itinerary?

Because we want to keep our ceremony more intimate, we are having a private ceremony and private dinner immediately following the ceremony. The reception will be opened up to the rest of our extended family and friends to share in the celebration of our marriage. There will be dancing, cake and snacks, a cash bar (non-alcoholic, beers and wines) and other wedding festivities.

Will you be livestreaming the ceremony?

We will not be livestreaming the ceremony. However, we will be recording the ceremony and will have a link available online where you will be able to watch after the wedding.

Do you have hotel rooms blocked?

No, we have not and are not reserving a block of rooms. We have multiple hotels to choose from, so please visit the travel link on our site for hotel options - all these options are near I-94, which will make getting to the reception easier.

Will dinner be provided at the reception?

Because we are having a private ceremony, dinner will not be served at the reception and have scheduled the reception for 7:00 p.m. However, we will have cake and some snacks. Miles City has much dining to offer. A nice, but pricy steakhouse is The Black Iron. Excellent down home BBQ with reasonable prices is Uncle Mike's. Other good options are The Yellowstone Tavern, and The Cellar. June's Bungalow is down home country home cooking.

Will you have a bar?

Yes! We will have a cash bar serving non-alcoholic beverages, along with beer and wine. We will also be serving complimentary coffee and bottled water.

I'm single - can I bring a plus one?

If you are single, yes, by all means, you can bring one guest with you - please just enter his/her name on the line following your name on the RSVP so we can get an accurate head count.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! The RSVP will ask for you and your spouse/significant other/plus 1 names, as well as how many children in the home who will be attending.

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask that those attending the ceremony and dinner to not take photos or videos during this time; however, you may take photos at the reception if you wish. We will also be providing a QR code that you can scan with your smart phone - it will work like a disposable camera and you will be able to access the link after we have gone through the photos and share them to the site!

How do I get to The Yellowstone Jewel?

If you are staying at one of the hotels from our Travel link, which are near I-94, take the interstate headed eastbound. Travel 10 miles on I-94, then take exit 148 (Valley Access). Turn left and follow the road downhill about 1 mile. The Yellowstone Jewel-Camp 21 will be on the right. If you have a smart phone, you can also enter The Yellowstone Jewel, 11421 Valley Drive East, Miles City, Montana in - the GPS has been accurate for us.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in the RSVP card?

You may RSVP online here (RSVP tab on this website) or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

What date do I need to RSVP by?

The sooner the better! July 31, 2024, is the last day to RSVP.
