How to Get There

The closest airport to Norman is OKC Will Rogers International Airport. It is a fairly small airport, so flights might be more expensive.
An alternate is Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). More flights are generally available, but it is a three hour drive up I-35 to get to Norman.

We have a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, 2501 Conference Drive in Norman. The group rate is $149 per night for either a standard king or a double queen. All rooms are suites and have a pull-out sofa bed. The hotel offers a free made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening reception, an indoor pool, and free parking.
Rooms are blocked to arrive Friday, June 27th and depart Sunday, June 29th. The hotel offers the same rate for a “shoulder” day if you plan to arrive one day earlier or leave one day later.
