The wedding and pre/post activities will be held at The Grand Palladium White Sands in Riviera Maya. We have negotiated a group rate for this "all-inclusive" resort. This means your, flight, transport, all meals, and drinks for your 7-NIGHT STAY are included within these rates.

The resort and Air Transat are holding a group block of rooms and flight seats for us until August 7th, 2023 after which room/flight availability and the group rates are no longer guaranteed. If your trip is booked outside of our group booking, the resort will require you to have an event pass for the wedding activities - please book early to ensure you get a room!

Flights are currently scheduled from TORONTO and OTTAWA, however, our lovely travel agent is happy to help organize your flights from other Canadian airports, please let us know ASAP if this is something you'd need. For anyone traveling from outside Canada, she will happily provide you with her services for resort accommodations, but you'll need to book your own flights.

In order to book your trip, a deposit of $200 per guest is required with the remainder due in early 2024.
