2017

Our story began when I wanted another job and decided to try out serving at Mark Twain Brewing Company. Once I started there I met Eizek and fell in love with his goofy, hard working, and kind soul. We hung out as friends for a couple of weeks watching movies and talking about life in his parents back room. On October 30, 2017, we decided it was time to push past the friendship and started dating.

We experienced family heart break, birthdays, a Valentines Day, and a graduation within 7 months of being together. We knew almost immediately that we loved each other and our obsession over each other only grew.

2018

After deciding that we would both be attending Columbia College, we spent the last summer in Hannibal having as much fun as possible. Once in Columbia we enjoyed exploring a new city together and learning how to live "alone" and "together" in the dorm rooms. We went to many sports games, in honor of Eizeks love for sports, and spent many hours out with friends.

2020-2022

When COVID hit, Eizek decided to support me and stay in Columbia so that I could still work. We got our first apartment together! From there we spent the next year or so working and going to college online. We got our first pet fish, Zeus, spent many days at our pool, and hanging out with friends. Eizek helped me stay sane while finishing my Bachelors, during my student teaching, finishing my Masters, and starting my 1st year of teaching.

2023-Present

We moved apartments a few times, moved to Fulton and back to Columbia, changed jobs (both of us), and made new friends. After almost 7 YEARS (felt like forever for me) Eizek proposed to me with my great grandmother's ring on our friends boat in the middle of the lake. This day was one of our happiest.

Future

We want to have the best wedding, start a family, and find a house to spend our best days to come!
